Launches the EventBillingExtract for <operator>.<complex> job that extracts chargeable events for the units at the current scope level for the current complex. You need to run this background job only if you use N4 data with N4 Billing or a third-party billing application. For more information, see Chargeable Unit Events view.
The EventBillingExtract background job depends on the INVBILLING004 (BILLING_EXTRACT_FREQUENCY_IN_MINUTES) configuration setting.
To extract chargeable events according to a pre-defined schedule, this job must be running at all times.
If your topology includes multiple complexes for one Operator, you can schedule one EventBillingExtract for <operator>.<complex> background job per Complex scope level to extract all the billable events for the operator.
